College Services
The UC Application OR non-Common App schools
$1,650 flat fee
The UC’s are now test-blind meaning they only look at GPA and writing sections (they no longer look at SAT/ACT and do not have a binding 2y agreement with community colleges any longer). The UC Application is its own giant entity separate from Common App requirements (4 essays of 350 words + activity statements). A short list of other schools create non-Common App applications as well (MIT, Georgetown, Rutgers, Gonzaga are some examples).
*Note: Pricing covers the UC App OR 2 non-Common App schools.
The Lucky One / ED Choice / ED2 Choice
$1,500 flat fee
Some schools – like California State Universities – do not require ANY essays and accept admissions on an algorithm all their own. If this is your students’ focal point for admissions, then choose this program to work with me on creating a strong Common App (personal statement + activity statements) plus one college’s supplemental essay (s). If you want to add on more schools from that point, we can customize a package to fit your specific needs.
Pro tip: Use this package for your Early Decision or Early Action school (due by 10/15 or 11/1) or Early Decision II school (due by January 1).
Essays + college planning (most popular)
$4,650 flat fee: 5 schools
$4900 flat fee: 8 schools
Does your student have stellar grades + have a good idea on where they want to apply?
Then this one is for you!
You will have everything included in the points below including 3 hours total dedicated to the college list. I will spend up to 2 hours per week virtually working with students and 2+ hours editing between sessions. I connect monthly with families on the status of their student.
If we begin working together before senior year (always ideal!) I can help your family optimize which extracurricular and volunteer activities to take on to magnify your application.
The list
Together, we create a smart college list chock-full of safety schools, reach schools and realistic schools that each student would thrive in. This can include both Common App and other schools, even UC’s. We can explore Early Decision (binding) and Early Acceptance (non-binding) options of particular interest.

Time to learn
I teach your student how to write essays and activity statements for colleges, which is vastly different than writing for high school English class or research papers.
✓ the student becomes the expert
Let’s get personal
We brainstorm together and work on the personal statement, the highest on the totem pole of college essays. Pick a moment in time, experience or relationship that has changed you and explore what strong lesson (s) stems from this.

Master Activity Statements
I teach your student how to best communicate what they spend their precious free time on in the allotted number of characters.

Supplemental Essays
Most colleges have at least one, (some have 3+) supplemental essays that support the personal statement. There are a multitude of different essays from the infamous “why” essays, to school missions, religious or other university focal points. We learn how to best support our case for admission, while sharing personal stories that showcase our growth in life thus far and specific interest in the schools.
✓ support your case for admissions
Waitlist + Deferral + Letters of Continued Interest
Sometimes life has hiccups, and in those instances, strong writing still comes to the rescue! When faced with a waitlist or deferral status, your student can craft a letter of continued interest to stay connected providing one last chance at showcasing commitment to the school.
✓ show them what they’re potentially missing
The Whole Nine Yards (best value)
$5,400 flat fee (unlimited schools)
Think of me as your college concierge! You will have the option for unlimited applications (UCs or non-Common App included) and unlimited college list time with me. You will also get an option for 3 scholarship essays.
If your student is doing 8+ schools or 6 schools and the UCs this is the best value. See “Essays Planning” package above for detailed inclusions.
Scholarship Opportunities
If your essays and application is well-received, some schools will volunteer scholarship funds without any additional work to your student! However, there are also other scholarship essays that can support tuition fees. I will show you how to find these opportunities and to best execute the writing to earn coveted and competitive discounts for college.
